Ah-ha is the expression we commonly use when we truly "get it". Hatha represents opposing energies: (Ha) meaning sun or masculine and (tha) meaning moon or feminine. Yoga means to yoke or join two things together. Hatha yoga attempts to balance mind and body using physical postures or "Asanas", controlled breathing, and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Asanas teach poise, balance and strength and are practiced to improve the body's physical health and clear the mind.
Classes are 60 minutes long
Tuesdays at 5:00 pm & Sundays at 1:30 pm

Yoga is a practice. You begin where you are.
Anyone can practice. All are welcome.
Modifications to all poses are available.
Introductory Class is complimentary!
